Your sponsors will contribute significantly to the financial well-being of your conference and in return will expect a substantial ROI.  Congress Canada will dedicate a sponsorship specialist to ensure that the sponsorship commitment is fully realized.  Starting with a brochure identifying the “menu of opportunities” targeted to industry suppliers, our Specialist will engage prospective sponsors from the beginning and stay with them for every step of the process.  Our Specialist’s sole responsibility is to maximize the sponsor’s value, ensuring that all the details are taken care of, whether its logos on napkins, a seat at the head table or on the stage, access to dignitaries and the media, preferential advertising space, or trade show positioning.

Your exhibitors are given the same attention to detail that is given to the sponsors.  We’ll develop a comprehensive Exhibitor Manual detailing insurance requirements, booth specifications, move-in/out instructions, and forms required to obtain show services.  On-site we will oversee all aspects of the tradeshow including the final booth plan, scheduled installation and dismantling times, distribution of exhibitor badges, security, deliveries, move-in/out, and compliance with conference/facility policies.

True to Congress Canada culture, we don’t consider it a job well done until all suppliers are paid and exhibitors and sponsors have been properly thanked for their participation.
