We don’t stop there though!  We will guide you through the call for papers and abstract selection process and coordinate the acceptance/rejection process.  With state of the art on-line speaker management processes, you will have a transparent and efficient process tailored to your needs and your availability.  Using data in the on-line tool, we then schedule the presentations and assign meeting rooms and times to make the best use of space and other resources.  All speaker logistics will be taken care of by our staff.   We’ll arrange for a speaker lounge, gifts and/or honorariums, requests for audiovisual equipment, etc.  Where required, we arrange for simultaneous interpretation on-site and coordinate written translation for printed material.  We will also manage virtual integration of sessions – live webcasting, podcasting, or storage of presentations for on-demand replaying.
