The management team assigned to your conference will be complemented by our experienced on-site staff.  Our staff members are professionally dressed in our company uniforms, or in a uniform of your choice.  Our uniforms have been custom designed to be highly distinguishable, allowing clients and delegates to pick them out of a crowd.  Staff are organized in management teams such as audiovisual, room management, exhibits, registration, social functions, and press. Each team has a manager and the required staff.  In several instances, we have utilized a combination of staff and volunteers to help with some of the teams.  This can help in reducing costs.

Staff are connected to each other and to their managers using the latest technology.  They are fully briefed on your conference logistics and content in advance, enabling them to answer questions and give direction when required.
